When I was younger, I was in great shape and a decent athlete. I played highschool football and lacrosse in college. When I started doing these pilates workouts, I was over weight and out of shape. After committing to twice a week and cleaning up my diet, Im in better shape now than when I was younger. Im stronger, faster, quicker, and have more muscle. I can jump higher than ever before. At 42, I no longer have to tell my kids that I WAS a good athlete. They can see for themselves. Only getting better!
