We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Orders are considered delivered when marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Pilates Strap LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The $30 flat shipping fee is non-refundable.

Governing Terms

This policy is incorporated into and subject to the Pilates Strap LLC Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
