Refund and Returns Policy

Pilates Strap LLC
Effective Date: February 12th, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to physical product purchases made directly from Pilates Strap LLC through our website.

This policy governs voluntary returns and is separate from the Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.

2. 30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products Only)

You may request return authorization within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original condition
  • All components must be included
  • The product must be returned in original packaging
  • The product must pass inspection upon return

Products showing signs of wear, sweat exposure, stretching, fraying, or damage are not eligible for return.

3. Shipping Costs

• The original $30 flat shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
  • Pilates Strap LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Inspection & Approval

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Used equipment
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window
  • Subscription services

6. Relationship to Limited Warranty

Manufacturing defects are governed exclusively by the Pilates Strap LLC Limited Warranty and are not subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Governing Terms

This policy is incorporated into and subject to the Pilates Strap LLC Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.
