External Rotation Kneeling
Position:
Kneeling hip width apart
Spring attachment: Waist High
Directions
• (optional) small rolled up towel placed between elbow and ribcage
• Move your forearm away from center
• Squeeze towel with elbow or try not to move elbow away from side
• Pull core in and lift from center
• Keep spine neutral
• Return to start and repeat as desired
