KNEELING ARM CIRCLES

Muscle Focus: Shoulder Mobility, Stretch
Position: Kneeling hip-width apart.
Spring attachment: Mid-Back
Direction:
• Begin with palms facing forward by your sides
• Exhale, extend arms above head, once above switch the rotation, so that palms face ahead
• Inhale around and back to start
• Keep arm muscle tension active throughout to stabilize shoulders
• Repeat this motion 5-10x
Return to start and repeat as desired
