KNEELING ROW ARCH+CURL

Position: Kneeling parallel.
Spring attachment: Waist to Chest High
Direction:
• Pull both arms back at 90 degrees until elbows pass your back
• Shoulder blades anchor down and together
• Breathe in while pulling in core and elbows back
• Intentionally over arch and extend your back to stretch it
• Reverse the movement into flexion and round the back and release arms forward while breathing out
Return to start and repeat as desired
