Limited Warranty

Pilates Strap LLC
 Effective Date: February 12, 2026

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Pilates Strap LLC provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use as outlined below.

This Limited Warranty applies only to defects arising from faulty materials or factory workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear.

2. Six (6) Month Limited Warranty

The following structural components are covered for six (6) months from the date of delivery:

  • Door Strap (including patented door anchor component)
  • Resistance Springs
  • Metal hardware and attachment mechanisms
  • Double Loops

These components are warranted against manufacturing defects under normal personal or professional use.

3. Thirty (30) Day Limited Warranty

The following components are covered for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery:

  • Neoprene Handles

Neoprene handles are considered high-wear components and are expected to experience compression, softening, and cosmetic wear over time.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear or material degradation from use.

4. What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Structural failure due to faulty materials
  • Manufacturing defects in stitching or hardware
  • Factory-related component defects

Coverage applies only when the product is used as intended and in accordance with safety instructions.

5. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Compression, softening, stretching, or cosmetic changes to neoprene
  • Sweat-related degradation or moisture exposure
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper anchoring, overextension, or improper setup
  • High-frequency commercial wear
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

Normal wear, including wear resulting from high-frequency or commercial use, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Pilates Strap LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect is covered under this Limited Warranty.

6. Warranty Remedy

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Pilates Strap LLC will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective component, or
  • Replace the defective component or product

Refunds are not provided under this Limited Warranty.

Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

7. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, contact:

You may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographs or video documentation
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the warranty claim.

8. Limitation of Warranty

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Limited Warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties.

9. Governing Terms

This policy is incorporated into and subject to the Pilates Strap LLC Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
