Low To High Wood Chop

Stand wide with toes turned out slightly
Spring attachment: Between knee to hip. Lower is more challenging
• Squat with arms locked in front of your torso
• While standing, pivot foot closest to door in direction of the movement, and engage legs at end range
• Pull core in and breathe out while rotating
• Arms follow your chest and move as one
• Avoid 180 degrees and stop at ¾ for max core engagement and low back safety
• Complete the rotation at shoulder height
• Keep spine neutral
• Return to start and repeat as desired
