Muscle Focus: Shoulders, Biceps, Oblique’s, Serratus Anterior, Thoracic Mobility
Position: Stand with one foot forward and bend the knee. The back foot is 2-2.5 feet back. Both hips face forward
Spring attachment: Mid-Back
Direction:
• Hold handle with elbow bent shoulder height. Step opposite foot forward and bend knee
• Opposite arm reaches forward as opposing arm bends back
• Exhale and punch arm forward as opposite arm pulls back from elbow
• Core pulls in and obliques rotate
• Repeat this motion 10-20x with (optional 10+ pulse at the end)
• Keep elbows and hands shoulder high
Return to start and repeat as desired
