Muscle Focus: Biceps
Position: Lie on back with legs extended straight side by side. Torso is in a flexed position.
Spring Attachment: Low Direction:
• Hold both handles attached to springs. Tension should be felt at the start or move back
• Bend elbows in towards shoulders
• If elbows remain high, more challenge is felt. If elbows stay close to the torso, more stability can be achieved. Choose elbow position and maintain it
• Scoop the core muscles inward to anchor the movement and protect the back from arching
