Stand wider than hip-width apart with foot closest to door slightly angled toward other foot
Spring attachment: Chest high

  • Pull core in and lift from center
  • Torso and arms rotate as one across midline
  • Keep spine neutral
  • Breathe out while rotating
  • Avoid 180 degrees and stop at ¾ for max core engagement and low back safety
  • Return to start and repeat as desired
