Wood Chop
Position:
Stand wider than hip-width apart with foot closest to door slightly angled toward other foot
Spring attachment: Chest high
Directions
- Pull core in and lift from center
- Torso and arms rotate as one across midline
- Keep spine neutral
- Breathe out while rotating
- Avoid 180 degrees and stop at ¾ for max core engagement and low back safety
- Return to start and repeat as desired
